About the host
My name is Francesca Casa and I am Lady Chef of the Sicily Region. I consider my relationship with cooking as a great love story and my dishes are the fruit of this great passion. I am also a food blogger, I have a very followed page (@_cucina_di_casa) and this has played an important role in my growth as a cook, because it has always been a stimulus to update, learn and improve myself. Furthermore, it was an opportunity to discuss and get to know many people who are passionate about cooking, to meet professionals and amateurs. I work both at my "homerestaurant", where I receive and give cooking lessons both live and online, and as a chef at domicile. " Mine is a cuisine that is predominantly local to Km 0.
What we will do
We will make three typical recipes of Italian and Sicilian cuisine, an appetizer, a first course of fresh pasta and a dessert. You will get your hands dirty and discover how beautiful it is to cook and then eat my traditional dishes.

I will put at your disposal everything you need to create the recipes. You will only use organic and local food. After cooking you will eat comfortably sitting down, chatting and having lots of fun!
