My name is Francesca Casa and I am Lady Chef of the Sicily Region. I consider my relationship with cooking as a great love story and my dishes are the fruit of this great passion. I am also a food blogger, I have a very followed page (@_cucina_di_casa) and this has played an important role in my growth as a cook, because it has always been a stimulus to update, learn and improve myself. What we will do
We will make fresh tagliatelle and a typical sauce together, and cannoli, a typical dessert of Sicilian cuisine. You will prepare the ricotta cream and also the dough to make the cannoli. You will do everything!!! you will sew and then enjoy your dishes!
