About the host
My name is Francesca Casa and I am Lady Chef of the Sicily Region. I consider my relationship with cooking as a great love story and my dishes are the fruit of this great passion. I am also a food blogger, I have a very followed page (@_cucina_di_casa) and this has played an important role in my growth as a cook, because it has always been a stimulus to update, learn and improve myself. Furthermore, it was an opportunity to discuss and get to know many people who are passionate about cooking, to meet professionals and amateurs. What we will do
We will make two types of fresh pasta and two sauces. We will make ravioli stuffed with ricotta with tomato sauce and fettuccine with Sicilian pesto. If you have requests or want to learn how to make different dishes there are no problems, we can organize ourselves.
