My name is Francesca Casa and I am Lady Chef of the Sicily Region. I consider my relationship with cooking as a great love story and my dishes are the fruit of this great passion. I am also a food blogger, I have a very followed page (@_cucina_di_casa) and this has played an important role in my growth as a cook, because it has always been a stimulus to update, learn and improve myself. Furthermore, it was an opportunity to discuss and get to know many people who are passionate about cooking, to meet professionals and amateurs.
