I’m focused on traditional Spanish and Mediterranean Diet with a contemporary touch.
Since childhood, the kitchen has held a deep fascination for me. It’s a passion that can be traced to my roots in the Western Mediterranean Coast (Alicante) where I was born.
There’s simply nothing more Spaniard than spending your precious time with family and friends gathered around the table sharing home-cooked and Mediterranean dishes of Spain, created with the freshest of ingredients, the passion, pride and expertise.
